Step-by-Step DIY Build & Installation Guide
Building on a micro-RBA requires a steady hand and patience. Follow these steps to set up your PnP-RBA safely:
Loosen the two tiny post screws using the included screwdriver. Place the leads of your pre-wrapped 0.6ohm heat wire into the post holes. Use the Coiling Pole to keep the coil perfectly centered and elevated above the bottom airflow intake. Tighten the screws down securely.
Use wire cutters to snips the excess coil leads as close to the posts as possible. Crucial: Ensure the coil is not touching the metal walls of the RBA outer cap, as this will cause a short circuit. Pulse-fire the coil gently on your device at a very low wattage (10W-12W) to ensure it glows evenly from the inside out.
Thread a small piece of the included organic cotton through the center of the coil. Cut the cotton ends so they extend just slightly past the outer edges of the deck. Gently tuck the cotton tails into the small juice channels on either side.
Thoroughly saturate the cotton with several drops of your favorite e-liquid. Screw the outer metal RBA cap back onto the deck base. Push the completed assembly into your empty pod, fill it up, and wait 5 minutes before firing to ensure perfect saturation.
